Kozy Kids sought to expand their brand closer to the city, selecting Glenside as an ideal location for their new childcare centre. The development involved demolishing non-original additions to the heritage building and constructing a two-storey extension that seamlessly connected old and new. While maintaining key heritage elements as recognizable trademarks, the design embraced a modern aesthetic that complemented the historic character. The interior was thoughtfully designed to foster playfulness and a strong connection to nature and its surroundings, creating an engaging environment for children. The upper level was dedicated to Kozy Kids' headquarters and staff wellbeing, ensuring a balanced and supportive workspace. This carefully crafted project not only respected the site’s heritage but also exceeded market expectations, setting a new benchmark in childcare facilities.
