Hurley Cellars Panorama is an exciting first step in a major hotel development, brought to life through a successful master plan by Evo Arc. Led by a well-known South Australian hotel operator, the project includes a spacious retail and liquor store with a warehouse to support this location and other Hurley Hotel Group venues. The design features a convenient drive-through, a welcoming wine-tasting space, and a 300 sqm office upstairs for the headquarters team. One of the key challenges was transforming the old TAFE site while meeting council requirements, improving the land, and ensuring a smooth connection with the surrounding area. As the project evolved, the warehouse was reimagined as a temporary pop-up tavern, creating a lively destination while Phase 2’s new Hurley Hotel takes shape. This flexible and thoughtful approach keeps the site vibrant and engaging every step of the way.
